Develop a strategic, customer-first assortment faster with Scintilla Shopper Behavior ADD

What is Assortment Deep Dive?
Assortment Deep Dive (ADD) is a report suite within Scintilla Shopper Behavior that offers three reports (Assortment Performance, Customer Decisions, and Customer Priority) to help you make better informed, data-driven assortment decisions.
How does Assortment Deep Dive help me?
With ADD, you can build a customer-centric assortment by gaining insights into shopper purchasing behaviors, ultimately driving sales and customer satisfaction at Walmart stores. Use ADD to better inform your assortment planning conversations and line reviews with Walmart Merchants. For example, with the ADD Customer Priority report you can better understand which items contribute the most and least to a meaningful variety and may be the strongest candidates to keep or remove from shelves.
ADD leverages best-in-class data science to help you:
- Understand your product's role in the category and how customers substitute different products
- Deliver meaningful variety for customers by informing your Walmart assortment strategy priorities
- Evaluate the potential impact that removing items from your assortment will have on the category
- Inform future innovations and predict the incremental growth potential that new products would bring to your category
What’s new in Assortment Deep Dive?
Now, with the addition of two new features, Bulk Adding Products and Advanced Filtering, ADD makes building a customer-first assortment even easier.
With Bulk Adding Products, you can save time and increase efficiencies by bulk adding up to 100 products to ADD at once—directly from an external list. This simplified process helps you manage new product additions with ease and is especially key for high turnover categories, like seasonal items.
Additionally, in the ADD Performance Table, unlock new assortment views with advanced filtering options. Unearth new insights on specific subsets of your assortment by filtering on multiple attributes in text-based fields to view your assortment in a new way. This new option enables you to filter all available attributes across columns for new insights, like viewing all products within a specific price range that match a “size small” description from Brands A and B.
