Inspire 2026 Open Call: Submission Form Checklist
To help you successfully prepare your submission, we’ve created this checklist of the key information you’ll need before you start. You must complete the online form in full and then submit it, as partial completions cannot be saved for later. After you submit the form, you will receive a copy of your completed submission by email.
Scintilla Subscription Confirmation
Current Walmart suppliers with a Scintilla subscription are eligible to present a case study at Inspire 2026. While Scintilla subscribers can elect to present with their key partners, third-party providers and those suppliers with access to Scintilla Basic are not eligible to submit a case study. Submissions received from third-party providers and those without a Scintilla subscription will not be considered.
To find your six-digit Walmart Vendor Number, log into Walmart Retail Link, and check under your company profile in the top-right corner. It is usually listed below your company name. If you are unable to find your Vendor Number, contact your Scintilla Admin or Account Manager.
Presenter Information
The primary presenter will also act as the main point of contact for the case study. All terms and conditions must be acknowledged by the primary presenter, and they will be responsible for gaining your company’s required approvals before presenting.
