Heading into a Walmart line review, O’Keeffe’s wanted to present their merchant with a reason to believe in their brand within a shrinking Foot Care aisle. They turned to Shopper Behavior and Customer Perception to conduct a full category review and hear directly from category shoppers.
The insights that were unlocked helped them better serve Walmart shoppers and showed that certain items were basket builders for Foot Care shoppers. Additionally, 48% of survey respondents said they would choose a new O’Keeffe’s product over the competition, fueling new product development.
